Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Love Tracker ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Mars Venture Labs LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

Love Tracker is a mobile application designed to help couples track and celebrate their relationship. The App provides features including:

• Relationship duration counter (days, months, years together)
• Shared bucket lists and relationship goals
• Partner connection via QR code or invite code
• Real-time synchronization between partners
• Home screen widgets
• Push notifications for milestones

3. User Accounts

To use Love Tracker, you must create an account using:

• Email address and password, or
• Google Sign-In

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized account access

Your data is stored securely in the cloud, allowing synchronization across devices and with your partner.

4. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Love Tracker. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian to use the App.

5. Partner Connection

Love Tracker allows you to connect with your partner to share relationship data. By connecting with a partner:

• You consent to sharing your profile name, photo, and relationship data with them
• Both partners can view and edit shared bucket list items
• Either partner can disconnect the partnership at any time

Only connect with someone you trust and who consents to sharing relationship data with you.

6. Free and Premium Tiers

3-Day Premium Trial

All new users receive a 3-day free trial of Premium features. During the trial period, you have full access to all premium features. After the trial ends, your account will automatically convert to the free tier unless you subscribe to Premium.

Free Tier

After the trial period, the free version of Love Tracker includes:

• Relationship counter and milestone tracking
• Partner connection features
• Limited bucket list items (3 items)
• Default theme only
• Advertisements displayed within the app

Premium Subscription

Love Tracker Premium ($4.99/month or $49/year) unlocks:

• Beautiful home screen widgets
• Unlimited bucket list items
• All premium themes
• Ad-free experience
• All current and future premium features

7. Subscriptions and Billing

Love Tracker offers the following subscription options:

• Monthly Subscription: $4.99 USD per month
• Yearly Subscription: $49.00 USD per year (best value - save 18%)

Prices may vary by region. Actual prices will be displayed in your local currency in the App Store.

Subscription Terms

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store Account Settings
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next subscription period following the date of the price change. Your continued use of the App after the price change becomes effective constitutes your agreement to pay the changed amount.

8. Advertisements

Free tier users will see advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the free tier, you agree to:

• View banner and native advertisements
• Allow AdMob to collect data as described in our Privacy Policy

You may optionally watch rewarded video ads to earn temporary benefits such as ad-free time, additional bucket list slots, or 24-hour widget access. Premium subscribers and users within the 3-day trial period do not see any advertisements.

9. Refunds

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple in accordance with their refund policy. We do not have the ability to process refunds directly.

To request a refund from Apple:

• Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
• Sign in with your Apple ID
• Select the purchase and follow the instructions

10. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Love Tracker only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App
• Use the App to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the App or its servers
• Create multiple accounts or share account credentials
• Abuse the partner connection feature to harass others
• Attempt to manipulate or circumvent ad systems or subscription checks

11. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create in the App (bucket list items, profile information, etc.). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

You are solely responsible for your content. Do not include sensitive personal information, passwords, or financial data in bucket list items or other user-generated content.

12. Intellectual Property

The App, including its original content, features, functionality, design, and branding, is owned by Mars Venture Labs LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

13. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Account deletion will:

• Remove your profile and relationship data from our servers
• Disconnect you from any connected partner
• Not automatically cancel active subscriptions (manage in App Store settings)

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users or us, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The App is free of viruses or other harmful components
• The results of using the App will meet your requirements
• Data synchronization will always be real-time or error-free

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MARS VENTURE LABS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted to or through the App
• Any errors or omissions in any content
• Loss of relationship data or synchronization failures

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mars Venture Labs LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another
• Content you create or share through the App

17. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

19. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Bozeman, Montana.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mars Venture Labs LLC regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements.
